Dr. Katie Bensen is a native of the Siouxland area. She graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Her professional interests include small animal internal medicine, feline medicine, geriatric medicine, and pain control. Dr. Bensen and her husband, Eldon, stay busy at home with their three boys - Ezra, Ari, and Tyreek. They also share their home with 2 dogs and 2 cats - a mischievous mini Goldendoodle - Asa, a sleepy Basset Hound - Ivy, a goofy 3-legged kitty - Mortimax, and her ‘heart’ kitty - Milo. Dr. Bensen enjoys spending time with family and friends, music, camping and boating, traveling, and cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
